Our goals are to encourage self-determination in regard to personal outcomes measures; to provide support to people in regard to plersonal outcome measures; to identify barriers that interfere with the ralization of personal wants, needs and dreams; to develop strategies to maintain and expand relationships wih other organizations support providers; to provide volunteer services to assist in overcoming identified barriers, to provide education and experience aimed toward independence and decrease in the reliance on others in all facets of life.
RMPC habilitative Services provides direct services and support within healthy and safe home environments for individuals with intellectual disabilities and to their families. Because self-determination, independence and inclusiveness is ideal, RMPC promotes the highest quality of service delivery that is enriched by collaboration with service agencies that are focused upon improving the quality of life, and opportunities for independence for the individuals served and thier families within their own communities.

RMPC HabilitativeServices envisions the day when people with disabilities can fully participate in their communities. As a leading provider of services that promotes self-determination to individuals with intellectual disabilities, RMPC will consistently continue to refine its systems for providing evidence based services not limited to Residential facilities, Habilitative services and Day programs within the State of Pennsylvania where individuality, freedom of choice, inclusivness, respect, self assuredness, and cultural competency is supported for those we serve who will participate as a contributing members of their community.
Screen and review RMPC effective family supportive services and education, sensitive to family culture and values, consistent review of integrative methods for client centered goals and self-leadership practices that reflect their wishes and values. Remain open to collaboration with other outside agencies and client support group.
